Idea for drippy ruffles

Love the scarves! perfect for this weather! Just a quick thought - what about something like this?
Or even triple cloth ruffles with uneven finishes?The sketches aren't great - sorry! You could do the ruffles in something heavy like rayon or tencel - there's some nice tencel coming out of New Zealand at the moment - about a 4ply.

hmm, looking at that sketch now, looks a bit like a fishy tale!
